  • How many people per session?

    All personal training sessions are 1-on-1 and fully private. This allows me to focus completely on your form, performance, and progress without distractions. Every workout is customized specifically for your goals.

  • How do I pay?

    I make the payment process simple and flexible so you can focus on your training. All coaching packages can be paid securely through Stripe, where I send a direct invoice to your email for quick checkout. I also accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal for clients who prefer alternative methods. Once your payment is complete, your program or session scheduling begins immediately. All sales are final; refunds are not guaranteed and are handled solely at the coach’s discretion on a case-by-case basis. Let me know which option works best for you.

  • Can I view a class on my phone?

    All training is in-person only, not online or streamed. I work directly with each client to ensure proper form, focus, and motivation during every session. You’ll get hands-on guidance, feedback, and accountability in real time.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Currently, no discounts are offered. Personal training is an investment in your long-term results and accountability. However, promotions or limited-time offers may be available in the future.

    All training packages include nutrition guidance upon request and full access to accountability support — giving you complete value for your commitment.
